OK You DJ is an interactive music party game ("aux-battle") where participants receive prompts, select songs, and vote on each other's music choices. The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent. Venue hosts are responsible for compliance with applicable age and alcohol-related regulations at their establishments.

OK You DJ does not host, stream, or distribute music. Players use their own streaming services (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, etc.) to play songs. You are responsible for complying with the terms of those third-party services. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any music streaming provider.
All content, design, graphics, and code comprising the Service are the property of OK You DJ and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OK You DJ and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
If you use the Service to host events at a bar, restaurant, or other venue, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions from the venue and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to public performance of music.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
