1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OK You DJ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OK You DJ is an interactive music party game ("aux-battle") where participants receive prompts, select songs, and vote on each other's music choices. The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent. Venue hosts are responsible for compliance with applicable age and alcohol-related regulations at their establishments.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service or its servers.
• Submit content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to interact with the Service without prior written consent.

5. Music & Third-Party Services

OK You DJ does not host, stream, or distribute music. Players use their own streaming services (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, etc.) to play songs. You are responsible for complying with the terms of those third-party services. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any music streaming provider.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

OK You DJ offers paid subscription plans ("Standard" and "Pro") for hosts who want to run bar and event games. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Billing — Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you choose. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel.
• Payment Processor — All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your full credit card number or payment credentials on our servers.
• Trial Period — New host accounts may receive a limited trial period. Trial terms (duration, number of hosted games) are displayed at sign-up and may change at our discretion.
• Cancellation — You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial-month refunds will be issued.
• Price Changes — We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. You will be notified of any price changes before your next billing cycle, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
• Founding Member Pricing — Founding Member Pro is offered at a launch rate for a limited time. If you subscribe at that rate, your price will not increase for as long as your subscription remains continuously active. If the subscription lapses, is canceled, or payment fails and is not resolved, the founding rate is forfeited and standard pricing applies to any new subscription. Founding Member pricing may be withdrawn for new subscribers at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code comprising the Service are the property of OK You DJ and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OK You DJ and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Venue Hosts

If you use the Service to host events at a bar, restaurant, or other venue, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions from the venue and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to public performance of music.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
